CNC Machining Factory Regulations

The rear equipment of the factory, such as metal cutting machine tools (including turning, milling, planing, inserting and other equipment), if the parts of the equipment needed for production are broken and need to be repaired, it needs to be sent to the machining workshop for repair or processing. In order to ensure the smooth progress of production, general enterprises are equipped with machining workshops, mainly responsible for the maintenance of production equipment.

Machining workshop can use CAD/CAM(computer aided design computer aided manufacturing) system to automatically program CNC machine tools. The geometry of parts is automatically converted from CAD system to CAM system, and the machinist selects various machining methods on the virtual display screen. When the machinist selects a certain processing method, the CAD/CAM system can automatically output the CNC code, usually refers to the G code, and the code is input into the controller of the CNC machine to carry out the actual processing operation.

All the operators engaged in various kinds of machinery must be trained in safety technology and pass the examination before they can start work.

Before Operating

1. Before work, strictly use protective equipment according to the regulations, tie the cuffs, do not wear scarves, gloves, women should wear hair inside the hat. The operator must stand on the pedals.

2. Bolts, travel limits, signals, safety protection (insurance) devices, mechanical transmission parts, electrical parts and lubrication points should be strictly checked to ensure reliability before starting.

3. The safe voltage for lighting of all kinds of machine tools shall not be greater than 36 volts.

In the Operation

1. The tool, clamp, cutter and workpiece must be firmly clamped. All kinds of machine tools should be idled at low speed after starting up, and can be formally operated only after everything is normal.

2. Tools and other things are prohibited on the track surface and working table of the machine tool. Do not use hands to remove iron filings, should use special tools to clean.

3. Observe the dynamics around the machine before starting the machine. After starting the machine, stand in a safe position to avoid the moving parts of the

In the operation of all kinds of machine tools, it is forbidden to adjust the variable speed mechanism or stroke, touch the transmission part, moving workpiece, cutting tool and other working surfaces in processing, measure any size in operation, and transfer or take tools and other objects across the transmission part of machine tools.

5. When abnormal noise is found, the machine should be stopped for maintenance immediately. It is not allowed to operate forcibly or with illness, and the machine is not allowed to use overload.

6. During the processing of each machine part, strictly implement the process discipline, see the drawings clearly, see the control points of each part, roughness and technical requirements of relevant parts, and determine the processing procedure of the production part.

7. Stop the machine when adjusting the speed and stroke of the machine tool, clamping workpiece and cutting tool, and wiping the machine tool. Do not leave the working post when the machine is running, stop the machine and cut off the power supply.

 

After the Operation

1. Raw materials to be processed, finished products, semi-finished products and waste materials must be stacked in designated places, and all kinds of tools and cutting tools must be kept intact and in good condition.

2. After operation, the power supply must be cut off, the cutting tools removed, the handles of each part placed in neutral position, and the switch box locked.

3. Clean the equipment, clean the iron scrap, and fill the guide rail with lubricating oil to prevent corrosion.
